usual check-in time is 4:00 pm or later.
We are happy to arrange earlier check in, if required.
Usual Check-out Time is 10:00 Monday to Saturday.
Sunday check-out time is 9:30

don't wear our shoes upstairs,
However we do provide slippers for
our Guests
If you wish, please feel free to bring along a pair of comfy slippers
My Cancellation Policy is as follows:
- If you wish to cancel your
reservation, you must confirm in writing or email at least 72hours
prior to our 4:00 pm check in time (beginning on the date of your
expected arrival).
- If you cancel your reservation 72
hours or more prior to the 4:00 pm check-in time
(beginning on the date
of your expected arrival), you will not be charged.
- If you do not cancel your reservation
at least 72 hours prior to the 4:00 pm check-in time,
(beginning on the date of your expected arrival), you will be
responsible for and charged for the full cost of
the room. We will try to rebook your room, if we are
successful, you will not be charged.

- If you cancel your reservation 2 weeks
or more prior to the 4:00 pm check-in time (beginning on the date
of your expected arrival), you will not be charged.
- If you do not cancel your reservation
at least 2 weeks prior to the 4:00 pm check-in time (beginning on the
date of your expected arrival), you will be responsible for and charged
for
the full cost of the room.We will try to rebook your room, if we are
successful, you will not be charged.
